LANKAI 恒溫FOC直流無刷電機控制器LKSC-C系列產(chǎn)品是高集成智能溫速一體控制模塊，其性能如下：
①采用最新FOC 正弦波矢量控制技術(shù)和模糊PI控制技術(shù)，運行平穩(wěn)，緩啟緩?fù)?，大力矩，輕噪音，發(fā)熱低，可長時間穩(wěn)定運行，帶過流過速堵轉(zhuǎn)保護電機等功能。標配57、86電機, 也可適配其他支持FOC的無刷電機。
②適配直流無刷電機伺服電機。恒速，恒扭矩模式、電機正反轉(zhuǎn)可切換。
③采用多年自研模糊PID控溫，超調(diào)小,穩(wěn)定快，過沖低。自適應(yīng)PID，一鍵自整定。
④超溫，傳感器脫落報警保護，可設(shè)置99段程序。
⑤擴展：支持標準RS485等通用接口，可配置MODBUS RTU 通訊協(xié)議，一臺主機控制多套設(shè)備，EEPROM存儲下載，數(shù)據(jù)自采集?？山由衔粰C軟件，查看歷史實時數(shù)據(jù)或者曲線。
①Adopting the latest FOC vector and fuzzy PI control technology, the operation is more smoothly, slow start&stop, high torque, light noise, low heat generation, and can run stably for a long time. It also has functions of overcurrent speed blocking protection for the motor, can adapt to other brushless motors that support FOC.
②Can set to operate by constant speed or constant torque mode.
③Intelligent PID fuzzy temp.control with adaptive PID self-tuning to get higher temp. efficiency , accurate and smaller temp. drift.
④Over temp. sensor detachment alarm protection, can expand function for door lock or fan ect.
⑤Support 232 interface and RS485 ModBus RTU protocol, allowing one host to control multiple sets of motor kits, can connect to upper computer software to control the reading of real-time and historical data, view operating curves, and support MODBUS protocol standard peripherals.
